Thot and Comment Posting Policy
Anything that is posted on ThotMarket.com by users is subject to editorial review by the site administrators. The admins reserve the right to edit or remove ANYTHING that has been posted for ANY reason that they see fit. In general, however, here are some guidelines to ensure that the thots that you offer and the comments that you make, are not moderated.
Thot Links:
When you offer a thot, you must submit a valid link (URL) to something on the web. Thots with links that are obviously not valid will be removed from the market. An example of this might be a link that consists of only a text message. A thot may also be removed if the material being linked to is deemed inappropriate by the moderator. This will likely include: extremely graphic material, demeaning or racist material, anything involving child abuse, anything designed to cause problems with visitor’s web browsers, etc. Use your judgment when posting.
Thot Titles:
Your thot title must be representative of the content to which you are linking. You cannot use the title to post a comment to the system. Do not brag about the number of shares or the value of your thot in the thot title. Titles that violate this, may be edited or simply removed from the system. Titles that blatantly misrepresent the content being linked to will absolutely be removed form the system. Don’t swear in your Thot titles unless it is vital to accurately describing the content to which you are linking.
Thot Categories/Subjects:
You must make an attempt to accurately categorize your thot and label it with accurate subject tags. If your tags are inaccurate, they will be modified. If you simply spam the system by applying all subjects, your thot may be deleted.
Thot Descriptions:
First, make an effort to describe what is being linked to. You can editorialize in your description and even describe reasons why the thot is a good investment opportunity, but these comments should be secondary to the main description. It is to your advantage to elaborate on what the link is, since this helps the search engine find your thot. Descriptions that are misleading with regard to the content being linked to will be edited, or removed. You have more flexibility in terms of using strong language in your description, than in your title, but use judgment here. If your language is deemed inappropriate, it will be edited or the thot will be removed.
Comments Titles:
Don’t swear in your comment titles. If the nature of your comment is deemed inappropriate, it will be removed.
Comment Text:
You may swear in your comment text, within reason. If you’re language is too over the top, it will be removed.
